Mini LEGO V-8 agent with 5-speed transmission

This is my latest creation of a V-8 diesel engine, which was supposed to look like a Caterpillar 3508, but i dont think it does, anyway it is connected using the same setup as my other engine with the train regulator and technic motor. The 5-speed transmission is not my own creation it is i design i used and tested the output, and i finnaly bought a speed computer to tell the RPMs but everytime I test the engine, it shows a different set of RPMs, so i dont think it is accurate hope you like my engine, comment, and subscribe for more videos

Caterpillar RD6 starting procedure

This is my description and demonstration of the startup procedure of my 1937 Caterpillar RD6 diesel tractor. It has a twin cylinder gasoline powered starting engine that is used to start the 3 cylinder diesel main engine. The starting engine not only provides the cranking power to start the diesel engine, but it also warms the coolant and heats the air that is being drawn into the diesel engine during cranking. To start this tractor it takes about 3 minutes of cranking the diesel engine if it’s warm outside, and up to 20 minutes of cranking the diesel engine if it’s cold.

What’s New With the Caterpillar D9 Bulldozer?

It has been years since the first caterpillar d9 bulldozer came out on the market, but this still remains one of the most famous dozers ever made today. And there are more reasons to love the d9 now because of its highly innovative and improved modern versions. With its proven track record, the caterpillar d9 bulldozer is definitely worth the investment.

The d9 caterpillar bulldozer first made its appearance in the early 1950’s. It was built with a 286hp engine motor, which is enough to do sufficient amounts of bulldozing works. It weighed about 48,784 kilograms and featured a ripper and a front blade, which was attached to four hydraulic-powered lifting arms. The d9 bulldozer was widely used in many industrial and environmental applications like in quarry operations, forest clearing, and construction projects.

The cab – the portion of a bulldozer that houses the operator – is an important basis of buying a bulldozer. It should let the operator do his job with less trouble and utmost comfort. The older D9 models, however, were not specially blessed with climate-controlled cabs. But that was before their newer dozer models, like the D9T, came out. Now, Caterpillar’s machines are specifically equipped with climate-controlled cabs so that the operator stays comfortable and productive all the time.

The D9T dozer is the latest addition to the D9 Cat Track-Type Tractor Series. It features the latest technology and ergonomic designs, which maximize the machine’s performance and the operator’s productivity. It has a C18 engine with ACERT Technology that produces reduced carbon emissions while combusting the fuel effectively. The C18 is a 410hp engine with 1800rpm.

With the D9T bulldozer, the operator will specifically liked the fact that it features a heating and air conditioning system to ensure that he enjoys the right temperature inside during different weather conditions. The programmable electronic controls, which are strategically placed for easy access, are fully capable of providing perfect and firm support to the blade and ripper despite difficult conditions. The current selling price of a brand new D9T is expected to cost close to $1,000,000. But if you’re going to buy a used model, it would approximately cost $425,000 exclusive of tax.

A bulldozer is an important part of any infrastructure and industrial projects. It’s not really a cheap investment, but there are a lot of ways that you can explore to secure one for your business. It’s a good thing that the Caterpillar Company offers to help their consumers by giving them to the option of buying used CAT machines. They would even entertain any custom build requests. You could also try scouting online for sites that offer rental or used Caterpillar D9 bulldozer and other Caterpillar bulldozer models.

what is loader?how loader works?

Loader is a widely used in highway, railway, construction, utilities, ports, mines and other construction projects of the earth and Shi-style machinery, it is mainly used for loading shovel of soil, gravel, lime, coal and other bulk materials can also be right ore, hard soil such as mild shovel digging operations. Facelift to the different ancillary work can be carried out earth-moving equipment, lifting, and other materials, such as timber loading and unloading operations. On the road, especially in the high-grade highway construction, loader excavation and filling works for the roadbed, asphalt and cement concrete aggregate yard work and loading and so on. In addition, can also be transported to push the soil, Calibrating the ground and pulling other machinery operations. As the loader with the operating speed, high efficiency, good mobility, easy operation, etc., so it became in the construction of earth and stone construction, one of the major models.
Is mainly used to shovel loader, loading and unloading, transport, earth and stone for a Class of bulk materials, can also rock and hard soil in mild shovel operation. If you work for a different device, you can also complete the earth-moving, lifting, loading and unloading the work of other materials. Is mainly used in highway construction project to fill roadbed digging, asphalt and cement concrete aggregates yard, loading and other operations. Because of its operating speed, good mobility, easy operation, etc., which have developed rapidly, becoming a major earthwork construction machinery.
Commonly used single-bucket loaders, according to engine power, transmission forms, walking system structure, loading of the different ways to classify.

1, Engine power:
Power of less than 74kw small loaders.
Power in the 74 ~ 147kw medium-sized loader
Power in the 147 ~ 515kw for large loaders
Power is greater than 515kw for the large loader
2, Transmission Type:
Hydraulic – mechanical transmission, shock and vibration is small, driving pieces of long life, manipulation convenience, speed and automatically adjusts between outer contain generally used in large-scale multi-loader;
Hydraulic Drive: You can stepless speed regulation, control rooms will be, but the start is poor, generally only in a small loader on the application;
Power Transmission: stepless speed, reliable operation, easy maintenance, high cost, generally adopted a large loader.
3, walking structure:
Tire Type: Quality of light, fast, flexible, high efficiency, easy to damage the road, ground pressure large, through the poor, but was widely used;
Caterpillar: ground pressure is small, through the good, low center of gravity, good stability, strong adhesion, traction, than cut into force, low speed, flexibility is relatively poor, high cost and easy to damage the road when walking.
4, loading and unloading method:
Front Discharge: simple structure, reliable, field of vision is good, suitable for a variety of work space, used widely;
Rotary: Rotary working device can be installed in the 360O’s turn on stage, side unloading do not need to turn around, operating efficiency, but the complex structure, quality, large, high cost and poor lateral stability, suitable for smaller venues than the Xia.
After the unloading type: front-end loaded, back-end unloading, operating efficiency, less job security good.
